Preparation & Timing

• Collect your sample right after waking up in the morning.
• Avoid the following for at least 30 minutes before collecting your sample:
• Eating
• Drinking
• Smoking
• Chewing gum
• Brushing the teeth

Collection Instructions

• Collect your sample first thing in the morning, immediately after waking up.
• Register your test by scanning the QR code on your kit or visiting: https://kit.3×4.io/pkit.
  Unregistered kits may require recollection and result in extra charges.
• Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them with a clean towel.
• Set the vial upright on a flat surface.
• Gently tap the vial 2–3 times to gather the liquid at the bottom.
• Carefully open the vial.
  ⚠️ Do NOT touch or spill the liquid inside.
• Unwrap the swab without touching the end that goes in your mouth.
  ⚠️ Avoid contaminating the swab tip.
• Firmly rub the swab tip against the inside of your cheek 15–20 times:
  • Apply firm pressure like brushing your teeth.
  • Rotate the swab tip throughout.
  • Cover the full inner cheek—from top to bottom and side to side.
  • Ensure the swab doesn’t contact anything else.
• Hold the vial in one hand.
• Insert the swab into the vial with a twisting (corkscrew) motion.
• Push the swab down until it reaches the bottom of the vial.
• Keep the vial steady and move the swab up and down rapidly 10–15 times while fully submerged in the liquid.
• Gently twist the swab while removing it from the vial, using a corkscrew motion.
• Discard the swab appropriately.
• Tightly seal the vial to prevent leakage.
• Place the sealed vial into the provided zip lock bag.
• Insert the zip lock bag into the packaging tube.
• Record your kit code by either taking a photo or writing it down for reference.

• Your kit has already been paid for—no additional payment is required.
• You must register your test online. Failure to do so may result in delays, recollection, and added fees.

Shipping Instructions

To prepare and send your sample:

1. Confirm your test is registered online. Follow the provided registration instructions.
2. Place the sample vial into the zip lock bag.
3. Insert the zip lock bag into the packaging tube.
4. Put the packaging tube into the return mailer.
5. Seal the return mailer securely.
6. Record the tracking number on the mailer so you can monitor your shipment.
7. Check the shipping label to determine the correct carrier—USPS or FedEx.
8. Drop off your package at the nearest USPS or FedEx location, depending on the label.
