  • Lab Tests: Due to the nature of lab testing services, all purchases for lab tests are final and non-refundable once the test has been ordered.
  • Supplements & Wellness Products: Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
